Privacy policy

This policy describes what personal data PMEG receives through pmeg.uz, why it is needed and what you can do about it. We collect only what is required to respond to an enquiry.
Who processes the data
The controller is PMEG (Project Management Engineering Group), Tashkent, Uzbekistan. For any question about data processing, write to info@pmeg.uz or call +998 93 598 33 89.
What we collect
The form collects your name, company, phone, email, area of interest, selected modules and task description. The server temporarily processes IP addresses and request times to prevent abuse. When enabled, Yandex Metrica and/or Google Analytics receive technical visit and interface event data. Question text and form fields are excluded from analytics events.
Why we use it
Solely to contact you about your enquiry and to prepare a response, an estimate or a proposal. We do not use this data for mailing lists, do not pass it on for advertising purposes and do not sell it to third parties.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the corresponding box when submitting the form. Submitting the form without that tick is not technically possible.
Who the data is shared with
Requests are stored on the PMEG server and delivered to configured Telegram and/or email channels via Resend. Using the AI assistant sends your question to the configured external model provider. Do not include confidential information or other people’s personal data. Analytics services are connected only when configured by the site owner.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept until you withdraw consent, and in any case no longer than three years from our last contact with you. After that period, or at your request, the data is deleted.
Your rights
You may withdraw consent at any time, ask what data of yours we hold, and request its correction or deletion. Write to info@pmeg.uz and we will respond within the period set by law.
Cookies and analytics
A cookie stores your preferred language. When enabled, Yandex Metrica and/or Google Analytics may use their own cookies for statistics. Your browser settings can restrict cookies. For data questions or deletion requests: info@pmeg.uz.
