Privacy policy

This policy describes what personal data PMEG receives through pmeg.uz, why it is needed and what you can do about it. We collect only what is required to respond to an enquiry.
Who processes the data
The controller is PMEG (Project Management Engineering Group), Tashkent, Uzbekistan. For any question about data processing, write to info@pmeg.uz or call +998 93 598 33 89.
What we collect
Through the contact form: your name, company name, phone number, email address and the text of your enquiry. In addition, the site receives non-identifying technical data — device type, browser, referrer and on-page activity — through the Yandex.Metrica web analytics service.
Why we use it
Solely to contact you about your enquiry and to prepare a response, an estimate or a proposal. We do not use this data for mailing lists, do not pass it on for advertising purposes and do not sell it to third parties.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the corresponding box when submitting the form. Submitting the form without that tick is not technically possible.
Who the data is shared with
The content of your enquiry reaches us through the services we use to receive submissions (a messenger and email). Non-identifying visit statistics are processed by Yandex.Metrica. The data is shared with no one else, except where directly required by law.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept until you withdraw consent, and in any case no longer than three years from our last contact with you. After that period, or at your request, the data is deleted.
Your rights
You may withdraw consent at any time, ask what data of yours we hold, and request its correction or deletion. Write to info@pmeg.uz and we will respond within the period set by law.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses a cookie needed to remember your chosen language, and Yandex.Metrica cookies for statistics. You can disable cookies in your browser — the site will keep working, except that your language will not be remembered between visits.
